Shipping

We ship via U.S. Postal Service with insurance in the continental U.S. For all orders over $100.00 and in the continental U.S shipping is FREE. Shipping cost is determined on your location from our store in Crandon, Wisconsin. Please note in the comment field during checkout if you would like your order sent as a gift and invoice sent separately.

International Shipping

A minimum order of $60.00 is required (not including shipping). We are able to ship internationally to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, England, France, Finland, Germany, Holland, Japan, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Norway and Sweden. If your country is not listed please email us. We do not ship to the continent of Africa. We ship Airmail Parcel with Insurance at a varied rate dependent on location.

Please note that for all international orders you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the recipient countrys government once the product reaches your country.

For all international orders, all additional charges for customs clearance, import/customs duties and taxes are payable by you (the customer/recipient). Such charges are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price of Blue Diamond Trading Post products. We have no control over those charges and cannot determine what they may be. We are not authorized by international governments to charge import duties on their behalf.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase Return it undamaged, within 15 days, for a 100% Merchandise Credit, on it is purchase price. No Questions Asked!

If your items arrives damaged you will also have the option of return or exchange for all items over $100 come with shipping insurance.

If you send a gift from Blue Diamond Trading Post, the recipient has ten days to request an exchange or to return the gift. When a gift is ordered or sent for special date or holiday, the 10 day grace period begins on the holiday or special date and the item or items may be returned in arrival condition 10 days from the special date or holiday.

Payment by check or money order will be refunded in kind. Payment by credit card will be refunded by a credit from the issuing credit card company only, and will appear on your credit card statement within a couple of billing cycles of the date the refund was authorized.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item or items that you ordered, email or call (715) 478-1520 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Central Time, Monday - Saturday. Give us your name and order number and tell us that you want to return part of your order and exchange it for another item. Send the unwanted item(s) back to us in arrival condition within 10 days of receipt. Please insure package for your own protection. We will reserve the item(s) you want in exchange for two weeks, pending arrival of the return. Customer pays shipping for exchanged item(s).

Pricing Errors and Site Malfunctions

We reserve the right to void any order due to a site malfunction. Pricing errors are limited to a refund of customer payment.
